After obtaining a Master of Arts in French and Spanish Translation and Linguistics at Heriot Watt University, Louise joined Innes & Mackay in 2019 as a legal secretary in the firm’s private client department.

After gaining experience, Louise became a qualified paralegal in 2021 and continues to assist clients with wills and executries, and powers of attorney.

In her spare time, Louise enjoys trail running and is a leader and active member of her local Jog Scotland club.
