We are currently seeking an experienced Filing Clerk to join our friendly family law team on a permanent basis to start as soon as possible. Working within the firms court department, duties of the Filing Clerk will cover all aspects of filing, primarily to include collating and filing confidential documents and correspondence and also preparing files for Solicitors in the department to take to court/meetings. Previous filing experience is preferred, but not necessarily essential.

Private Client Solicitor
This is an opportunity for an experienced and ambitious Private Client Solicitor to work within a highly regarded law firm.
The successful candidate will be working on a varied caseload which will include Wills and IHT planning, Executries, Powers of Attorney, Guardianship and elderly client care matters. Experience in advising on Trust matters desirable but not essential.
This post has become available due to expansion of the firm.
We are looking for a candidate that has a minimum of two years PQE in Private Client and who has handled their own caseload. They must be an excellent communicator and have the ability to work as part of a team and with the ability to work with minimum supervision.
Paralegal / Legal Secretary Vacancies
Due to the expansion of the firm, we currently have two employment opportunities for paralegal/legal secretary posts in both our Private Client and Conveyancing departments.
Both are full time, permanent positions. Potential candidates should ideally have experience in the legal sector.
