Born and brought up on the Isle of Lewis, Amy worked in a law firm on the island for several years before moving to Inverness and starting as a Pre-PEAT trainee solicitor with Innes & Mackay in 2022.
While undertaking her Law Society of Scotland examinations, she initially spent time working in our conveyancing department before moving into our family law department.
Amy completed her Law Society of Scotland examinations in February 2023 and gained her Diploma in Legal Practice from Robert Gordon University in 2024. She is also a non-executive committee member of the Scottish Young Lawyers Association.
In her spare time Amy enjoys travelling as much as possible, exploring the highlands with her dog and spending time with friends and family.
