About the GetAgent Top Performers Awards

GetAgent is an estate agent comparison website that strives to connect homeowners with the best agents in their area to sell their property with.

To identify the top performers, GetAgent uses data from the Land Registry, Rightmove, Zoopla and OnTheMarket. Using this data, each agent across the UK is assessed against three core performance metrics:

1. Percentage of the original asking price achieved
2. Average sale time
3. Number of properties listed in the past 6 months.

GetAgent’s proprietary algorithm then combines these metrics, with the asking price achieved being the most heavily weighted, to determine the best performing estate agents in any given postal area.
